How can I get a quote?

Simply call or email us to arrange an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes all cleaning Chemicals, Tools and Equipment are included.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You will receive an Invoice each month.

HOW AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You will be charged at a set hourly rate.
The total charge for your service will be determined by the size of your site and scope of works requested.
Your monthly invoice amount will change only if more tasks are added at your request or due to rises in CPI.

WHAT TERMS OF CONTRACT DO YOU OFFER?

We are happy to negotiate terms of contact suitable to both parties.
We offer various terms from 12 months through to 3 year contracts.
In some cases we offer contracts from month to month.

ARE YOUR CLEANING STAFF SCREENED?

Our cleaning staff go through a screening process which includes,

  • police background checks
  • reference checks
  • working with children checks.

CAN WE CALL YOU IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY?

Yes we are available for emergencies 24/7 365 days a year including public holidays.
We endeavour to be on your site with our team as soon as possible within the hour if not before.
Time is of the essence to ensure that damage to your site is minimized.
